Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1‑3 days (fireplaces, coffee tables); 3‑7 days (sofas).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

  • Small items (coffee tables, fireplaces): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Retro leather sofas: Freight carriers (LTL)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: Coffee tables/fireplaces: 5‑10 days; Sofas via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Freight Delivery Process (Sofas)

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

  • Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.

5. White Glove Delivery
Available for sofas at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.

6. Packaging

  • Sofas: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; permanent flammability label visible.

  • Coffee tables: Boxed with protective padding; glass tops wrapped with extra protection; safety glazing labels visible.

  • Fireplaces: Boxed with foam inserts; UL/ETL labels visible; warning labels affixed.

7. Damage Claims

  • Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.

8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
