1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings and decorative appliances: retro leather sofas (upholstered furniture), leather trunk coffee tables, and decorative fireplaces.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Retro Leather Sofas (Furniture Safety – 16 CFR Part 1640 Compliance):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (typically 250‑600 lbs per seat, check product specs).

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources. Upholstery meets federal flammability standard 16 CFR Part 1640.

  • The permanent label "Complies with U.S. CPSC requirements for upholstered furniture flammability" is affixed – do not remove.

  • For sofas with leather upholstery: Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and cracking.

For Leather Trunk Coffee Tables (General Safety):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (check product specs).

  • If table has a glass top: Handle with care — safety glass reduces injury risk but can still break.

  • Keep away from children — glass/metal/stone components may cause injury if tipped over.

For Decorative Fireplaces (Electrical Safety – UL 1278 Compliance):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Do not use with damaged cord or plug.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Unplug when not in use and before cleaning.

  • Do not use extension cords or power strips.

  • Do not cover the heater (fire hazard).

  • Keep flammable materials (curtains, bedding, paper) at least 3 feet away.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not install in bathrooms, sleeping rooms, or locations where the appliance could be immersed in water.

  • For smart models with wireless functionality: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful interference.

For All Products:

  • Keep away from children under 3 — small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard (16 CFR § 1500.19).

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (sofas, coffee tables, fireplaces not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory.
